Before ordering a commission, please read my T.O.S thank you!◆IN GENERAL◆
-By understanding and ordering a commission from me, you automatically agree to these terms. Any violation to these terms will automatically send you to my blacklist. In which your commissioned work will be removed from my protection instantly.Meaning: I will not care or interfere if your commissioned piece is used wrongfully for commercial and or personal use. I will ignore any stealing, redrawing, redistribution, and etc. of the art work entirely.-I will only take payments via PayPal invoice.
-Set payment upfront in order to get a slot. HOLDS ARE AVAILABLE
-I have the right to alter my T.O.S later in the future if I please. When I do so, It'll be a small edits such as details that I miss and or changes in prices.
-I have the right to decline your commission if I please. However, there will be an added explanation to my actions.◆PROGRESS/DEADLINES◆
-I'll try my best to finish the commissions as soon as humanly possible.
-If you ask me to finish it at a certain date please provide a do-able date.
-DO NOT rush me by noting/emailing/texting me privately after a few days you've ordered a commission.
-Only after one month of the purchase may you begin to rush and or frequently ask regarding the commission.
-It is recommended that you give me a set date and or a deadline. "Take your time" will result in the commission's finish date uncertain◆REFUNDS AND FILES◆
-Please provide me with at least 5 months to provide you with a refund.
-It is not my responsibility to keep track of or hold the files for you. It's best to save them asap.
-I'll be able to hold these files for up to a month.◆PERSONAL USE◆
-If you have not paid for Commercial use then you will not be able to use the artwork, design or etc. outside a Personal use.
-◆COMMERICAL USE /DESIGNS ◆
- You must credit me for the art and or creation of the character. Failure to do so will be in violation of the T.O.S.
-(Custom and Adoptable only) if paid for commercial use, you as the buyer have full control over the character as long as credit is given.
-Commercial Use is given automatically to adoptable owners who pay the AUTO BID or AB
-The commercial use will not have any additional fees after paying the Set Price◆ADDITIONAL DETAILS◆
-Digital Ref is preferred with no or barely any shading
-I can decline if your characters too detailed (ex. heavy armor/machinery unnecessary aesthetic accessories)
-I will provide WIPs of the changes done for you. However, do not constantly request more shortly after the approved WIP.◆WILL AND WILL NOT DO!!◆
